The Gait Group represents places for being via a stable of brands that aim to offer elevated hospitality, catering + retail experiences that reflect an equine theme. We promote exploration, travel & unique encounters. Everyone has their own gait, their own unique walk & stride that they use to create their own adventures - create your adventures with us.

Our spaces have a sophisticated charm about them. They are warm, inviting, stylish spaces aimed to appeal & engage those who visit. From ‘The Cottage’ in Bowral (Southern Highlands NSW), to the proposed plans for our latest projects, ‘The Lodge’ via Blandford (Upper Hunter NSW) & ‘The Barn’ in Murrurundi (Upper Hunter NSW), an experience with The Gait Group boasts comfort, luxury plus exceptional quality, showcasing where possible regional products.

Also under The Gait Group banner is Stenhouse Equine Dentistry – providing professional equine dentistry services to horses of all disciplines.

The faces behind The Gait Group are Shane, Amelia, Grace & Jim. The brand evolved via a love of horses (well maybe not for Jim!), remote rural childhoods where horses are a way of life, careers in various equine related industries & the horse pursuits which we as a family have & continue to be involved in. 

We value quality & loyalty in all that we do. Our focus is to be an approachable + friendly brand that is dedicated to building + maintaining long term client relationships where every individual feels as though they are truly appreciated & welcomed in a space that they can simply be.
